Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday hosted around 45 newly elected and first-time Lok Sabha MPs from the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) at his official residence in New Delhi.

The breakfast meeting brought together several newly elected parliamentarians and was aimed at strengthening coordination within the NDA. The interaction took place during the ongoing Monsoon Session of Parliament.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Modi is reported to have emphasised the importance of NDA unity, effective parliamentary participation and maintaining a strong connection with the public. MPs were also encouraged to actively contribute to debates and discussions in Parliament.

The development of the North-East and other public welfare priorities were also discussed during the interaction. The meeting provided the new MPs an opportunity to interact directly with the Prime Minister and discuss their responsibilities as parliamentarians.

The interaction comes shortly after PM Modi met newly elected BJP Rajya Sabha MPs at his residence. Such meetings are seen as an effort to guide newer parliamentarians and strengthen coordination within the ruling alliance.

The latest breakfast meeting highlights the NDA leadership's focus on parliamentary discipline, collective responsibility and effective public representation as the Monsoon Session progresses.
